How do I send a message to a member?

Click on“Search for your match” at the top of the page, specify yourcriteria and click “Search”. On the search results page, you canclick on "Send a message" next to the photo you like. In the pop-upwindow, write a message you want the member to read and click "Send".

How can I read the messages sent to me?

Log in.Below the website logo you see an "Inbox" button. Click it to see thefolder list. If you have already sent to or received messages from othermembers, you can see the messages below the folder list.

I cannot upload a picture. What should I do?

For a phototo be uploaded, it must meet some criteria:

• Maximum filesize: 2 MB
• Minimumresolution: 300x225
• Acceptableformats: GIF, JPG, BMP, PNG

If yourphoto though meeting all the criteria, has not been posted to the site, pleasecontact technical support service and we will help you to upload your photo.

Why all the changes I make on “Aboutme”, “My match” or “Settings” pages don’tappear in my profile?

After youhave filled in or edited “About me”, “My match” or“Settings” pages, click “Save” at the bottom of thepage.

How do I raise the profile up?

In order to make your profile more popularand raise it up in the search results:

• Be active! Send messagesto different members on a regular basis
• Upload photos and it will increase the popularity of yourprofile sevenfold
• Fill in sections "About Me" and "My match"
• Stay online at the website and your profile willautomatically raise to the first places at the search results

Why don’t I get messages from other members?

If you don’t get messages from othermembers, feel free to enter into correspondence first! Click the"Search" button, set the criteria and send a message to a person youlike first.

There may be a chance that your profile isnot involved in the search results because you did not fill all the necessaryfields in the questionnaires "About me", "My match" and /or "Settings". If you have no picture or a bad quality picture, try changing them for better quality pictures which showoff your personality.

What should I do if I want to see my pictureamong those on the main page?

Only qualitypictures can be placed on the main page. Upload a good quality picture and itmight appear on the main page.

Why has my picture been declined?

It’s forbidden to upload:

• Photos ofother people and children
• Images oflandscapes, animals, drawings and pictures, collages
• Bodyimages of pornographic nature (mages of sexual intercourse, sexual organs)
• Parts ofthe body (the eye / arm / leg, etc.)
• Faceless photos
• Bad qualityphotos (dark photos / illegible, etc.)
• Photoswhich contain links to other sites, abusive words, etc

How do I know who is viewing my profile?

In the menu,click "Viewers”. All visitors to your profile will be shown there.

How do I delete my profile?

If you wantto delete your profile from the website, please contact the site administrator.
